Built by the Dutch shipyard Heesen Yachts and completed in 2015, Ann G is a fully custom superyacht vessel. She features a sporty and dynamic exterior design from Clifford Denn design whilst her opulent interiors come from the drawing board of Reymond Langton Design.

Measuring 49.6 metres and sporting a fetching dark blue hull, she comes in at just under 500 GT and took a staggering total of five years from her initial inception to her launch - in part due to the financial crisis, in part due to the aim for the perfect embodiment of her owner’s vision. That persistent dedication of all parties involved certainly paid off, and Ann G is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular new superyachts to be introduced to the industry in 2015.

The main salon and dining area epitomise the sophistication of Ann G’s interior design, in a monochromatic palette of rich creams and dark browns and blacks creating an immediately chic ambiance. A fantastic sense of indoor/outdoor living has been seamlessly achieved with the large, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which lead out on to the main deck.

In combination with the large windows which encompass this area, the opulent darkness of the flooring and furnishings are flooded with natural light which give make this living area bright and welcoming, as well as offering her guests spectacular views day or night.

The main saloon herself has clearly been conceived for entertainment and relaxation, with an intimate seating area with a stunning bar made of quality materials such as macassar and backlit onyx. Her large, classic dining table comfortably seats all of her ten guests in a sophisticated setting, guaranteed to ensure an abundance of truly fine dining experiences. A sense of glamour is added from the eye catching crystal lighting fixtures, situated directly above the table.

As attractive as the dining light fixture is, it simply pales in comparison to the magnificent fixture that dominates the central staircase and spans two decks. Clearly heavily influenced by iconic skyscrapers such as the New York Chrysler building, the dazzling feature was specifically designed for Ann G by the world renowned Czech-based glass makers Crystal Caviar.

On board she accommodates up to 10 guests over five staterooms - all of which are generous for a vessel of this size, and sure not to disappoint on any stay on board. The large full beam master suite is found forward on the main deck, continuing the classy palette of deep creams and dark macassar furnishings offset with deep blue upholstery and details.

The most eye catching feature of the owner’s suite is the velvet wall behind the bed, with a unique compass design. The large bathroom is decorated in mosaic tiling paired with honey onyx and black Portoro gold marble flooring.

Three double cabins and a twin cabin are located on the lower deck, all of which display slightly different interior styling whilst keeping true to the clear consistent theme. The sumptuous beds each feature a stainless steel inlay at the foot of each bed, with each room also including another unique velvet wall behind the head of the bed. A crew of 10 are also accommodated for on the lower deck.

In addition to her long list of amenities on board, Ann G also comes well equipped with quality tenders and toys, including a 6 metre tender and a Zodiac Ribo 450. As per her owner’s specific request, the tenders are stored on a forward hangar situated directly above the owner’s suite which make room for her large beach club, which includes a bar, steam room, and state-of-the-art gym.

In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin MTU 8V4000 M63 engines, providing her with a top speed of 15 knots, and a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots. At her cruising speed, she has a range of 4,000 nm.
